<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber member having heat resistance and causing no change of surface properties and little change in weight on immersion into an antifreezing fluid. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The rubber member, which is used while being brought into contact with the antifreezing fluid at least, is formed of a rubber composition including a rubber base material containing ethylene-propylene-diene rubber, and quartz fine powder.
