HORN MONITOR OF PANTOGRAPH

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a horn monitor of a pantograph capable of monitoring the state of the abraded surface or flaw of a horn part difficult to monitor by another sensor containing an ultrasonic sensor or an image processing technique. SOLUTION: The horn monitor of the pantograph is equipped with an imaging means installed above the pantograph 11 and imaging the image of the abraded surface 12a of the upper surface of the horn 12 of the pantograph 11 and an image processing means for monitoring the state of the abraded surface 12a or flaw 12b of the horn 12 by processing the image of the abraded surface 12a.
