<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a fuel cell which includes gaskets injection-molded on the outer periphery of a membrane electrode assembly, while greatly improving the manufacturing efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The method includes a step of integrally injection-molding the gasket G and a communication part Q extending from one side of the gasket G to the outside, at the peripheral edge of a MEGA 10A, injection-molding the gasket G at the peripheral edge of another MEGA 10A so as to be linked at the other side to the communication part Q, integrally molding the communication part Q extending from one side of the gasket G to the outside, and repeating these processes to form an intermediate to which cell units CU consisting of the MEGAs 10A and the gaskets G at their peripheral edges are linked via the communication parts Q, and a second step of inserting a separator SP between the turned-around cell units CU while turning the cell units CU around the communication parts Q in sequence to stack the laminate of the cell units between which the separator is laid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
