The object aims to form a pattern (e.g., a print character, a design) on a resin screen printing plate with a laser beam with hardly affecting a resin screen gauze used for the formation of the pattern. A resin screen printing plate is produced by forming a resin coating film (3) on a resin screen gauze (2) by using a two-part curable resin composition containing carbon black.  The printing plate is irradiated with a laser beam to remove only the irradiated part of the resin coating film with the laser beam, thereby producing a printed plate.  The two-part curable resin composition is preferably a composition comprising diisocyanate and polyester polyol.
