摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an extremely thin layer having a high density for detecting a radiation, especially anα-ray, in a radiation measuring device. <P>SOLUTION: A light emitting coating 12 is formed on the upper surface of a scintillator plate 10 forβ-ray detection by a heat transfer method. The light emitting coating 12 is constituted of the first layered product 14 as an exfoliation film formed in the first heat transfer process, and the second layered product 16 as an exfoliation film formed in the second heat transfer process. A protection layer 18, a shielding layer 20, an adhesion layer 22, a light emitting layer (α-ray detection layer) 24, and an adhesion layer 26 are provided in due order from the radiation incidence side.
