<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide method of detecting abnormality of a mechanical system capable of easily and precisely detecting an abnormal component. <P>SOLUTION: State data for reference about an operation state of a mechanical system for reference is obtained to obtain normalized data for reference by normalizing the state data for reference. An SN ratio of an MT system is calculated on the basis of the obtained normalized data for reference, and the SN ratio is applied to a neural network as teacher data (S11 to S14). The application of such an SN ratio is repeated to construct a neural network model (S15). Successively, state data for detection about an operation state of a mechanical system for detection is obtained, and the state data for detection is normalized to obtain normalized data for detection. The SN ratio of the MT system is calculated on the basis of the obtained normalized data for detection, and an abnormal component is detected on the basis of the SN ratio and the constructed neural network model. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
