<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat cushion pad which reduces a product fraction defective by the location shift of a reinforcement material in the seat cushion pad which is obtained by placing a back side material which fixes the reinforcement material in a forming die and performing foam molding. <P>SOLUTION: A back side material 14 which is unified with a reverse face 12A of a pad body 12 is composed of reverse face cloth 18 and a high-stiffness reinforcement material 20 which is stacked and prepared on a part of an adhesion side surface 18A with the pad body. While a first through-hole 24 that a fit projection part 60 of a forming die 50 can be inserted into is prepared on the reverse face cloth 18, a second through-hole 26 for fixing the reverse face cloth 18 in the forming die 50 by fitting the fit projection part 60 which inserts into the first through-hole 24 is prepared on the reinforcement material 20. Using a resin fixing pin 28 which consists of a shaft part 30 which passes through the reverse face cloth 18 and the reinforcement material 20 and a locking head part 32 which controls the extraction and removal of the shaft part 30 from the reverse face cloth 18 and the reinforcement material 20 at both ends, the reinforcement material 20 is fixed on the reverse face cloth 18 with the through-holes 24, 26 stacked. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
