<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen printing device capable of positioning a substrate (work) at a predetermined position precisely. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The screen printing device has a frame 34 holding a screen and a printing stage. The frame 34 is a laminate of a base frame 30, an X frame 31, a Y frame 32 and a θ frame 33, and further has a frame position adjusting means which are connected to circular cams 35 arranged at a plurality of positions and each of the X, Y and θ frames 31, 32 and 33 contain transmission parts each arranged to be in contact with the outer circumferential surface of each respective cams 35, receiving a movement of rotation of the cams 35 and transmitting the same to the X, Y and θ frames 31, 32, 33 respectively, and adjust the relative position of the frame 34 to the work positioned at, fixed to and placed on the printing stage.
