<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need of correcting time information for a sound TS (transport stream) and a data TS in a hierarchy of a PES obtained by decoding a TS, to prevent a deterioration in transmissivity, and to simplify a device. <P>SOLUTION: Transport streams including a plurality of kinds of encoded media signals are divided into a control signal group, an encoded signal group and a delay signal group in accordance with process contents. The control signal group is provided with a means for extracting a parameter information necessary for conversion processing from the transport streams. The encoded signal group is provided with a means for converting an encoding method of the transport streams into a desired encoding method. The delay signal group is provided with a means for delaying the transport streams in accordance with a delay time of the encoded signal group, and a means for creating a transport stream of the control signal group reflecting the parameter information of the converted transport stream. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
