PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a composition for targetedly delivering a medicine to only a target cell. SOLUTION: The method and the composition are directed to enhancing immune response and decreasing vaccine efficacy through simultaneous or sequential targeting of specific immune system components. The specific immune system components (such as macrophage, dendritic cells, B cells and T cells) are each individually activated by component-specific immunostimulating agents. One of such component-specific immunostimulating agents is an antigen-specific, species-specific monoclonal antibody. Additionally, the invention relates to a method which depends upon in vitro conversion of blood-derived immune cells (such as macrophage and lymphocyte) and which is for in vitro production of the antigen-specific, species-specific monoclonal antibody. The effect of vaccine is reinforced by administering a composition containing the component-specific immunostimulating agents and other elements (such as an antigen or carrier particles such as colloid methos (gold)).
