<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damper device used in various electronic equipment and a method for manufacturing for the damper device, facilitating manufacturing and permitting various opening/closing operations. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Notch-shaped positioning parts 12B, 14B are provided in fixed plates 12 stored within a fixation case 11 and movable plates 14 suitable for a movable shaft 13 movably to the axial line direction. In manufacturing, while positioned by the notch-shaped positioning parts 12B, 14B, the fixed plates 12 and the movable plates 14 can be suitable for a holding tool etc., inserted to inside of the fixation case 11 and assembled.
