<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with the problem that a global warming is caused and an environment is disrupted because scholars insist on the mistaken theory that the increase of an output energy to an input energy is opposed to a normal natural law and conduct the theory in a conventional method and the administration does not learnt the warming and the destruction of the environment and promotes the nuclear fusion which is not useful unless heat is discharged quickly to the natural world even when the heat is increased. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A horseshoe-shaped permanent magnet maintaining the same force even in use at a short distance or a long distance based on the principle of levers is fitted to a motor rotor having a length longer than the distance of a generator by ten times, and a force of ten times is maintained. Both ends of a fixed coil are connected by diodes through fixed-commutator moving brushes so that a single wind is changed into a typhoon vortex, and a double structure in circulating electrons and electrons flowing to lower sections is formed. Consequently, the fast electrons characterized continue to circulate at several ten thousand or several million times, exhibit a force of inertia, increase a magnetic force by a small power, and increase the output energy more than the input energy.
