<p>An electronic settling system which can be used in a game center and is similar to cash settling is provided. A portable telephone set acquires device ID from a ball lending machine by performing communication with the ball lending machine by a non-contact IC card and transmits a payment request message including the device ID and the user ID to an electronic settling server. The electronic settling server informs an intra-store server of a transfer amount to a settling provider account from a user account, and the intra-store server stores the transfer amount as money entrusted. The intra-store server instructs the ball lending machine to supply a game medium corresponding to a game medium cost in accordance with a payment request message from the portable telephone set, adds an amount corresponding to the game medium cost to a consumption amount and gives a transfer request to a receiving network so that the consumption amount is transferred from the settling provider account to the game center provider account. The ball lending machine supplies the game medium corresponding to the game medium cost when it receives a supply instruction message from the intra-store server.</p> |
