PURPOSE: An advertisement light panel for a theater is provided to improve durability by modifying a pillar structure into a detachable steel wire and providing a cooling pin at an upper end of a frame, thereby radiating heat generated at an LED lamp. CONSTITUTION: A light guiding plate(210) is coupled to other components by using a plurality of engaging holes(212) formed along a side part and a lower part. An elastic piece(215) is fitted into the engaging holes and is coupled to the light guiding plate. The elastic piece has a length enough to protrude from a front surface and a rear surface of the light guiding plate. One end of a steel wire(220) is fixed to two elastic pieces which are isolated from each other, the other end of the steel wire is fixed to a ceiling. An LED lamp(230) is composed of a PCB substrate which is mounted at a regular interval along a longitudinal direction. A frame(250) includes a steel wire and a penetration hole at an upper end, and the LED lamp and the light guiding plate are inserted into a lower end.
