The present invention relates to a vinyl tube manufacturing apparatus with a printing function for supplying wrapping paper in order to be manufactured by putting into print on an external surface to show desired contents in a process of moving a vinyl tube consecutively extruded in a circular shape from an extruder so that the vinyl tube is rolled around a winding drum. The vinyl tube manufacturing apparatus with a printing function according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: an extruder (20) which is installed at the front side of a body (10); multiple guide rollers (30) which guide a vinyl tube (1) extruded in a circular shape form the extruder so that the vinyl tube is flatly transformed in a transfer process; a winding drum (40) which rolls the vinyl tube flatly transformed by being installed at the rear side of the body; an accommodation tank (50) for a print ink which is installed at the body in order to be positioned at the front side of the winding drum, wherein the upper side is opened; a printing roller (60) which is installed at the upper part of the accommodation tank so that a part of the printing roller is dipped into the print ink; a pressurization roller (70) which is installed at an upper part of the printing roller in order to be elevated and closely attaches the vinyl tube passing by being flatly transformed to the printing roller by pressurizing the vinyl tube; a removal member (80) which is installed in order to remove the print ink excessively stained on an external surface of the printing roller; a reciprocating means which is installed in order to reciprocate the removal member from side to side; and a dryer (100) which is installed between the printing roller and winding drum. |
