For formula (I), R 1>,R 2> : univalent 1-12C hydrocarbon residue or bivalent 4-12C hydrocarbon residue, substituted 5-8, preferably 6C carbocyclic ring; R 3> : H or 1-12C alkyl or aryl alkyl group; R 4> : 1-30C hydrocarbon residue, which has ether oxygen atom; A : (m+y)- valent, heteroatom, 2-20C hydrocarbon residue or where y is N-R 7>, where R 7> is (m+2)-valent 3-20C hydrocarbon residue, which has a heteroatom, particularly in the form of ether oxygen or tertiary amine nitrogen; X : O or S or N-R 6> or N-R 7>, where R 6> is a monovalent 1-20C hydrocarbon residue, which has a carbonic acid ester, nitrile, nitro, phosphonic acid ester, sulfone or sulfonic acid ester or a substituent having formula (III); and m,y : 1-4.
