PURPOSE: A lining girder, and a temporary structure and a construction method thereof are provided to increase plane strength of a mold girder, reduce the number of installed lining plates, and reduce the cost and period of a temporary structure construction. CONSTITUTION: A lining girder(100) comprises a pair of steel plates(110) and a lining part(120). The steel plate has a web(113) connecting between an upper flange(111) and a lower flange(112), and horizontally supports both side ends of the lining part. The lining part has a pair of side plates(121) in left and right, and a flat plate(122). The pair of side plates are integrally coupled each other. The flat plate integrally connects the pair of side plates.
