PURPOSE: A flush panel manufacturing method is provided to improve productivity and reduce a production cost by reducing working steps. CONSTITUTION: The flush panel manufacturing method comprises the steps of: loading upper and lower plates on automatic upper and lower plate input tools(100,200)(A); coating each one side of the transferred upper and lower plates with adhesives(B); automatically inputting and connecting a core into an upper part of the lower plate on which adhesives are spreaded(C); connecting the upper and lower plates by automatically inputting the core connected to the lower plate into a lower part of the upper plate(D); automatically loading the flush panel that the upper and lower plates are connected on an automatic loader(E); pressurizing the loaded flush panel(F); and discharging the pressurized flush panel(G).
