PURPOSE: A method for producing rice wine or alcohol beverage in which Codonopsis lanceolata and Oenathe javanica is provided to enhance value added and effectively customize the wine. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing rice wine containing ginseng comprises: a step of mixing ginseng powder, Rubus coreanus Mique, and strawberry in a ratio of 20: 30: 50; a step of fermenting the mixture to produce 20-45% of alcohol beverage; a step of separating raw liquid and residue; and a step of adding 1-1.5 weight% of Codonopsis lanceolata and Oenathe javanica. |
