PURPOSE: A dog neck wearing rope is provided, which absorbs shock caused by instantaneously movement of a dog using elasticity principle of a rubber band. CONSTITUTION: A dog neck wearing rope includes a rubber band attached to the middle part of the dog lead rope and dog neck wearing rope. The rubber band absorbs shock caused by instantaneously movement of a dog using elasticity principle of a rubber band. The impact applied to a man is reduced when the dog moves instantaneously in walking the dog. The advertizing effect can be achieved by the dog neck wearing rope.
