<p>A structure for fixing an outer panel is provided to cause no shrinkage on the surface of the outer panel and fix the outer panel to a frame stably without degrading outer appearance quantity by changing a frame side without changing a shape of the outer panel. A frame(100) forms an outer appearance of a display device, and an outer panel(10) is attached to a front face of the frame. A fixing boss(12) is projected at an inner face of the outer panel. A mounting part(150) is equipped with a fixing plate(120) separately formed at the inside and an elastic rib(140) connecting the fixing plate to the frame.
