WATER-PROOF AND MOISTURE-PERMEABLE FABRIC AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: Water-proof and moisture-permeable fabric and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to offer not only good resistance and water vapor permeability but also esthetics, and to produce the fabric with simple processes. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing water-proof and moisture-permeable fabric comprises the following steps of: producing spinning liquid by dissolving pigment particles in a polymer solvent in which polymer resin is dissolved; producing nano-fiber web(C) consisting of nano-fiber having the average diameter of 1,500 nm or less; and laminating the nano-fiber web on the fabric with an adhesive. The pigment is one selected between disperse dye and acidic dye. The average diameter of the pigment particle is 5~20 Å.
