The external housing includes an opening (7) passing from the front to the rear. The opening opens out into a support area of the flange at a rear end. A sleeve-shaped external conductor (8) is inserted and anchored in the opening from the front upto shoulders. A circumferential groove is provided between an external thread (11) and the external conductor.
