PURPOSE: An apparatus for adjusting the amount of light for a camera phone is provided to arrange an operation unit in an external side of a radial direction from a rotational center, thereby reducing the entire thickness. CONSTITUTION: A shutter blade(30) opens/closes an optical path into which light is incident. A cover(40) receives a ring-shaped track(20) and the shutter blade. An operating unit comprises an operating coil(50) and a permanent magnet(60). The operating unit rotates on the ring-shaped track by electromagnetic force.
