PURPOSE: A lifting device is provided to move the wire of an inclined portion through a plate cart according to the centroid of a heavy object in a state that the heavy object is lifted, thereby conveniently controlling the balance of the heavy object. CONSTITUTION: A lifting device(L) comprises a main frame(100), main plate carts(110), sub frames(200,200a), sub plate carts(210,210a), and a wire. The main frame is connected to a crane(C). Each of the main plate carts is installed in both end parts of the main frame respectively and movably. Each of the sub frames are respectively connected and fixed to each of the plate carts of the main frame. The sub plate carts are installed in both end parts of the sub frames respectively and movably. The wire is respectively connected and fixed in the plate carts of the sub frames. The wire is connected to a heavy object to lift.
