PURPOSE: An oil counterflow prevention plate of an oil rotary pump is provided to prevent the malfunction of vacuum equipment and to reduce manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: An oil counterflow prevention plate of an oil rotary pump comprises an upper plate(10), a lower plate(30) and a guide member(50). The upper plate is fixed inside a vacuum line connected between the oil rotary pump and vacuum equipment. A first through hole is formed on the surface of the upper plate in a regular interval. The lower plate is located inside a protrusion(11) of the upper plate. The lower plate prevents the counterflow of the oil in the oil rotary pump. A second through hole is formed on the surface of the lower plate. The guide member comprises a guide axis and a guide groove. The guide axis is formed in the protrusion. One side of the guide groove is opened and the guide axis can be accepted to the inside thereof. The guide member guides so that the lower plate move to the top and bottom.
