PURPOSE: An impact absorption type outsole provided to effectively absorb the impact delivered from the surface during walking or moving time thereby accomplishing natural walking. CONSTITUTION: The impact absorption type outsole includes: an upper depression groove(3) for passing through to the width direction in an upper and lower surface; an outsole main body(2) formed with a lower recess in an upper and lower place by turns; a top cover(5) for closing the upper part of the upper depression groove to the upper and lower part of the outsole main body; and a non-slip window(6) for closing the lower part of the lower part recess. A plurality of breathers linked with the lower part recess and a plurality of connection groove parts are formed respectively in the upper surface of the outsole main body.
