The turf has a synthetic turf base (1) comprising synthetic herb fibers (1b) fixed on a rot-proof support material (1a) and filled by filling material (1c), where the filling material is selected from natural or synthetic sand, pozzolana, incinerator ash or other permeable cultivating material. The turf base is placed on a top of fertile and drained terrain (2) and sown with grains (3) such as bluegrass.
