PURPOSE: A floating small hydropower generating apparatus using water of a sewage disposal plant and a filtration plant is provided to generate environment-friendly electricity by using the water flowing in the sewage disposal plant and the filtration plant. CONSTITUTION: A floating small hydropower generating apparatus using water of a sewage disposal plant and a filtration plant comprises a plurality of mainframes(10), a main plate(20), a floating force balancing unit(30), a fixing unit(40), a pair of floating members(50), a float level adjust unit(60), a plurality of water wheels(70), a flow speed control unit, a tilt adjustment unit(90), a transmission unit(110) and an accelerating unit(120). The floating force balancing unit unites the mainframe and the main plate. The fixing unit fixes the main plate. A pair of floating members makes the main plate float on the water surface. The float level adjust unit controls the flying height of the main plate. A plurality of water wheels is arranged in a separate space of a pair of floating members. The tilt adjustment unit adjusts the slope of the flow speed control unit. The transmission unit transfers the torque of the water wheels. The accelerating unit changes the torque delivered from the transmission unit.
