PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impeller device capable of constantly holding the attitude of a sheet material even if the advancing speed of the sheet material into a space between blades adjacent to each other in the peripheral direction becomes high. SOLUTION: This impeller device is provided with brake guides 121 disposed between the adjacent blade plates 112 having brake surfaces 121b in contact with signatures 1 so that the signatures 1 advancing into the spaces 112b between the blades 112a adjacent to each other in the peripheral direction may be reduced in speed, and movable along rotating directions of the blade plates 112.
