<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vegetable harvester enabling the load of a container for storing the vegetable to be changed according to the operation condition, facilitating the loading and unloading of the container, and preventing the container from dropping from a machine body. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The vegetable harvester is constituted as follows. Traveling devices 19R and 19L traveling by spanning a ridge are installed in both the right and left sides of a machine frame 1, and harvesting devices 49R and 49L for harvesting the vegetable O from a field are installed in right or left one side of the machine frame 1. The conveyance starting terminal part of a conveying device 116 for conveying the harvested vegetable O is arranged at the lower part of the end terminal parts of the conveyance of the harvesting devices 49R and 49L. A carrying part 129 for carrying the container 122 for storing the vegetable O is installed in the lower part of the conveyance terminal end part of the conveying device 116. An opening part S is formed at the position of the carrying part 129 at the outside of the machine body, and supporting members 131 for preventing the container 122 from dropping are freely detachably installed by arranging the supporting members 131 in the opened part S from the outside terminal part of the carrying part 129 to the outside direction at a prescribed interval.
