ANODIZED POROUS ALUMINA AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THEREOF

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anodized porous alumina which is allowed to simply and inexpensively have a filling structure having high aspect ratio when other substances are filled in pores of the anodized porous alumina, and a method of manufacturing the same. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the anodized porous alumina includes: a step (1) of forming a layer of the anodized porous alumina having pores by anodizing an alumina base material; a step (2) of widening at least the diameter of an opening part of the pore of the anodized porous alumina by etching; a step (3) of forming the pore extending from the bottom of the formed pore; a step (4) of etching the pore; and a step (5) of repeating the step (3) and the step (4) to form the pore having a cross-section of a nearly inverted trapezoid shape.
