<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microelectrode array device capable of measuring potential, at each cell with respect to the cells in a cell group, and to provide its manufacturing method and a bioassay method that uses the device. <P>SOLUTION: In the microelectrode array device 1, microelectrodes 17, the wiring of the microelectrodes 17 and the insulating film 15 for covering the surface of an insulating substrate so as to expose the microelectrodes 17 are provided on the insulating substrate and a non-cell adhesive layer 19 is further provided to the predetermined region on the insulating film 15, and the region, where the non-cell adhesive layer 19 is not provided and the microelectrodes 17 and the insulating film 15 in the vicinity thereof are exposed, on the insulating substrate is set as a cell-arranging part 10a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
