<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety cover of a processing device, protecting a worker from scattering cutting oil and chips by accommodating a basic body such as a processing blade and a drill chuck with the processing blade attached thereto in a hollow cylindrical safety cover, and safely and efficiently accommodating and taking out the base body in the cover in one operation without any man-power. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The safety cover for covering an outer side of a processing device having a tool and a base body with the tool attached thereto, comprises opening/closing parts which are divided on both sides of the processing device while the processing device with the tool attached thereto divides a hollow body in an easily accessible manner, and opening/closing part supporters located on the side opposite to opening/closing ports through which the processing device of the opening/closing parts is accessible to support the opening/closing parts. The opening/closing parts and the opening/closing part supporters are connected to each other via a repulsive body urged in a state of closing the opening/closing parts. A guide tool advancing or retracting along the peripheral side of the processing device is provided in the position of each opening/closing port of the opening/closing parts in which the opening/closing parts are advanced and butted to the processing device.
