<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid conveying hose for avoiding high pressure fluid flowing in with the rupture of an inside reinforcing layer group from further rupturing an outside reinforcing layer group, without increasing the thickness of a buffer layer. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The buffer layer 6 arranged between inside reinforcing layers 3, 5 and an outside reinforcing layer 7 is formed by spirally winding a long plate-like foam material 10 at predetermined intervals 11 in the axial direction of the hose.
