PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immunochromatograph device eliminating the problem that an antigen liquid flows into a second insoluble carrier for developing a washing liquid and a third insoluble carrier for absorbing the washing liquid. SOLUTION: The immunochromatograph device is constituted so that a first device part (a), which develops a substance to be examined and a labeled substance containing a metal modified by a first bondable substance to the substance to be examined in a state that their complex is formed by both substances and holds a first insoluble carrier for capturing the substance to be examined and the labeled substance to a reaction region having the second bondable substance to the substance to be examined, and a second device part (b), which holds the second insoluble carrier for developing a liquid and the third insoluble carrier for absorbing the liquid, are housed in a state that the first, second and third insoluble carriers are not in contact with each other.
