<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield material which can improve designability without exposing an attachment structure for an attached part in a shield material such as a tapestry or a louver of a vertical blind. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Inside of the folded upper end of chips 12 which are a plurality of Higos (bamboo filaments) 14 connected vertically by yarns 16, an upper frame 20 having a slit 20c on the upper wall 20b is inserted. A penetrating part 12a constructed by a gap between adjacent Higos 14 of the chips 12 and the slit 20c are overlapped one another. Inside the upper frame 20, a suspending member 22 is inserted, and the hanger part 22a of the suspending member 22 is latched inside of the upper frame 20. The suspending part 22b of the suspending member 22 passes through the slit 20c and the penetrating part 12a, and is projected upward from the chips 12.
