<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch release bearing having a sealing structure hardly allowing water to enter inside the bearing without installing a part outside the front side of the bearing, or increasing torque. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The clutch release bearing 10 includes an outer ring 20, an inner ring 30, a plurality of rolling elements 14 arranged between the outer ring 20 and the inner ring 30 rotatably, and a retainer 16 for retaining the rolling elements 14 rotatably. An outer ring collar portion 22 extending inwardly in the radial direction is formed at one side end of the outer ring 20. One side end portion 38 of the inner ring 30 is formed at a predetermined interval from the outer ring collar portion 22 inward bearing inward at the same side as one side in which the outer ring collar portion 22 is formed. A shielding member 40 is arranged to be fixed to the inside diameter surface of the outer ring 20 in the bearing inwardly of the outer ring collar portion 22, and extended inwardly in the radial direction.
