<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a lenticular sheet having a thick convex portion of the sheet, no defect and high quality, which can be manufactured with high productivity. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a lenticular sheet includes: a coating step of coating the surface of a sheet W with a UV-curing resin liquid to form a coating layer 10; an exposing step of irradiating the coating layer 10 with UV rays to cure the coating layer 10; a developing step of forming a stripe pattern 30 by selectively dissolving non-cured area 12 of the coating layer 10; and a convex arc face forming step of heating the pattern 30 to form a convex arc face 31 in the pattern width direction where the coating material has flowability rather than in the longitudinal direction of the pattern. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
