<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for performing the motoring of an engine in order to reduce a fuel consumption rate in a transmission system for a vehicle connected to an engine, and equipped with a motor. <P>SOLUTION: In engine revolution speed control (the motoring of an engine) for rotating an engine 8 by operating a first motor M1 and/or a third motor M3, an engine revolution control means 98 rotates the engine 8 by operating either the first motor M1 or the third motor M3 whose electricity path quantity P_total is smaller when the engine 8 is rotated between the motor M1 and the motor M3.
