<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing plate that can be simply and accurately mounted on a press. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The printing plate 2 is constituted so that a rectangular sheet 19 made of an elastic material is cylindrically formed and both ends are overlapped and joined, for forming a cylindrical plate body 17, and the end of the sheet 19 located inside the joined part 20 is bent inward, for forming an engagement part 21, and a plate section 18 is provided at a prescribed position on the outer circumference of the plate body 17 excluding the joined part 20.
