<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective member for an outdoor control substrate capable of preventing entry of a small animal to a back face of the substrate, at low cost and having good assemblability. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The outdoor control substrate 20 is the control substrate 20 for outdoor use to control equipment installed in an outdoor space. The control substrate 20 is provided with a double-side substrate 21 mounted with an electric component, a substrate frame 23 to which the double-side substrate 21 is indirectly mounted leaving a predetermined clearance S, and the control substrate protective member 30 for closing the clearance 36 between the double-side substrate 21 and the substrate frame 23 leaving a predetermined size of a clearance 36 and having insulation characteristics.
