<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loop antenna device capable of simultaneously increasing the number of coils and an opening area. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The loop antenna device 2 has a conductive material spirally wound on an insulating substrate 10. The insulting substrate is formed in a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape, and has a first prescribed surface 11, second to fifth surfaces 12, 13, 14, 15 ranging to four sides of the first surface each, and a sixth surface 16 ranging to the four sides of the second to fifth surfaces and opposing the first surface. The conductive material has a plurality of loops arranged nearly in parallel. The loop has a corner conductor section 31 disposed on the first surface while approaching the corner of the first surface, and side conductor sections 42, 43, 44, 45 ranging to the corner conductor section and disposed on the second to fifth surfaces, respectively.
