FIELD: marine equipment. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises frame, load bearing net and gripping element. Note that the latter can grip the net and underwater equipment to be reboarded. Reboarding underwater equipment is made by lowering frame-supported net onto equipment till gripping element grips the net. Frame and net are pulled out onto water surface with equipment. Reboarding process can comprises search of the equipment by monitoring the load acting on frame and net during lowering and upping them.
