PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary electric machine which provides the positioning of a terminal block simply. SOLUTION: The rotary electric machine 10 is provided with: a rotor 20 provided rotatably; and a stator 140 arranged around the outside circumference of the rotor 20. The stator 140 includes: cylindrical stator cores; and a plurality of coils 180 wound on the stator cores. Each coil 180 has a coil end 182 which protrudes from the end face of the stator core in the axial direction. The rotary electric machine 10 is further provided with: the terminal block 110, which is connected to a power supply passage 90 which supplies electric power to the coils 180 and arranged at the axial end 177 of the stator 140; a positioning means which positions the terminal block 110 when setting the terminal block 110 onto the axial end 177; and a molded resin part 172 which integrally fixes the coil end parts 182 and the terminal block 110.
