PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid control valve capable of thawing freezing of a valve seat in a short time without melting a seal member. SOLUTION: The fluid control valve 1 includes a valve body 7 having an openable/closable valve sealed to a housing 6 having a liquid inlet flow passage 12 and a liquid outlet flow passage 13 communicated with a seal chamber 9 facing the valve, and the valve seat 10, via the seal member 8. A heater 17 as a heating means is provided in the housing 6 so that a distance from the heater 17 to the seal member 8 via a heat conduction passage becomes shorter than the distance from the heater 17 to the valve seat 10 via the heat conduction passage.
