<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a laminated secondary battery with productivity enhanced. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the laminated secondary battery includes a cell element forming step of forming an electronic conductive insulation layer between electrodes, an inspection step of inspecting short circuiting between electrodes of the cell elements obtained by the previous step to separate products into accepted products which are determined without short circuiting and rejected products which are determined with short circuiting, a laminated battery cell element forming step laminating a plurality of sheets of the accepted products separated by the above step, and a packaging step of housing the laminated cell elements obtained by the above step. The inspection step applies an AC signal between the electrodes of the secondary battery before charging to measure its impedance (1), and determines an existence of short circuit between electrodes based on the differences of the measured results of the impedance of a normal cell and a short-circuiting cell presented on a complex plane. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
