<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated and integrated optical sheet with sufficient adhesive strength with condensing performance of a lens sheet unaffected by diffusion performance of a light diffusion layer. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The optical sheet used for illumination light path control in a display-use backlight unit has a light diffusion layer diffusing illumination light in turn from an incident side of the illumination light, an adhesive layer, and a lens sheet with a plurality of convex lenses arranged on a light-irradiating surface of the illumination light laminated and integrated, and at the same time, includes a plurality of convex parts on a face of the light diffusion layer facing the adhesive layer. The plurality of convex parts are provided with a plurality of insertion-coupling parts insertion-coupled with the adhesive layer, and at the same time, as the insertion-coupling parts are seen from a light-incident side of the light diffusion layer, a ratio of an area of the insertion-coupling parts to that of the light diffusion layer is to be ≥1% and <15%.
