<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water suction tube winder capable of aligning and winding a water suction tube with excellent workability without slipping by easily spirally aligning and winding the water suction tube by imparting a degree of freedom to a mounting position and an installation position to a fire engine. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This water suction tube winder R is provided for winding the water suction tube on the outer periphery of a reel 11. The reel 11 is constituted by installing a rubber cylindrical body 14 at the outer periphery of a reel body 13.
