PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for connecting a cable are provided to reduce a time required for cable manufacture by performing a test without damage to a cable connected to a test object device. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for connecting a cable is manufactured by using a connector and an RS-232 connector. A cable connected to a test object is directly connected to the connector. The RS-232 connector is directly connected to CDN. A CDN connecting device is formed by directly connecting an RJ-11 connector and the RS-232 connector, by directly connecting an RJ-12 connector and the RS-232 connector, by directly connecting an RJ-25 connector and the RS-232 connector, and by directly connecting an RJ-45 connector and the RS-232 connector. |
